Our high efficiency, stainless steel, above ground oil water separators will remove 99.9% of free and dispersed non-emulsified oil and settleable solids from the waste stream.

The separation process is very efficient! Depending on your application, we have a range of coalescing media which greatly enhances the separation process allowing for very efficient oil and water separation in much smaller units.

The separation process is simple. Oily water is either pumped or gravity fed into the oil water separator. As the water transverses the separator, the media, with its internal structure of interconnecting channel, intercepts the oil droplets entrained in the water. These intercepted droplets combine with other oil droplets in the water and rise to the surface of the separator where they can be decanted off.
